When - TBD for Winter Season (we usually have days and times for practices released then the new school year starts in August). Please go ahead and sign up and we will get you on our mailing list to get all of the info you need.
Who - Any 3rd or 4th grade athletes with less than two years of wrestling experience. Both boys and girls are allowed in this class. Parents are allowed to watch as long as they are out of the way.

Coach Knudsen has an amazing work ethic in everything he does. He has excelled in wrestling, college, family, and coaching.
