When - Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 pm.
Who - This class is designed for any 5th-8th graders regardless of skill level. We have first year wrestlers with no experience all the way up to Super State Champions practicing together. We have a large number of amazing coaches in the room that help athletes of all skill levels progress and be their best.

Coach Bentley has an amazing passion for the sport of wrestling. He wants to coach to help spread that passion, and impact the lives of his athletes. He has an incredible knowledge of wrestling fundamentals and is excited to help our Jr. High athletes see success.
