Where - Timpanogos High School Wrestling Room - Through the main doors, straight through the commons, left at the metal “T”, just down the hallway on your lefthand side. If you hit the trophy case you went too far.

Who - This class is for wrestlers in 1st-4th graders with 2+ years of experience.

Class Requirements

• 2+ years of wrestling experience. Athlete should have a solid base of wrestling knowledge and be able to keep up during a high paced practice.

• Ability to listen well, pay attention, not distract others.

• committed to attending 90% or more of practices (we know life happens)

• Compete in at least 4 regular season tournaments, and superstate.

• During the first week of practice, coaches will do a skills evaluation to ensure each wrestler is in the program best suited for their development. If a wrestler isn’t quite ready for the club environment, we’ll recommend moving them to our Rec program. This helps every athlete build confidence, develop skills at the right pace, and have the best experience possible.
